Delay In Release

I put out my last album in April of this year and I have been sitting on enough material for another album for a few months now.  One reason is to see if I want to include a couple of new songs I have newly written instead of waiting to include them on a later album.  So I am pushing my next release until most likely 2025.  But with that I feel these new songs are strong and would take this album to the next level hence the reason for the delay in release.

Since the delay in release to next year, I hope to coincide with it a published book of poetry and lyrics.  I have decades worth of poems collecting dust that need an audience and many people asking me for lyrics to some of my songs they like so I feel a collection that includes a section for poetry and another for lyrics would be a cool way to bring it all to light.  I am looking into a digital version along with a printed option for those like me who like to feel a book while reading it.

I am also working on my band militantPoet's recordings to clean them up and master them for streaming which is also a reason for the delay.  Can't wait for the world to hear the songs I wrote with this band years ago!

So next year seems to be a big year full of music and words from me.  I have a lot yet to do but I have a few months to complete the album and book, and get the militantPoet album up for streaming,  so check back for updates or follow me on X (twitter) for updates.  Peace and Love
